CONTROLLING DEFINITION
Prisymphonic Physics: is Resonance Coherence Physics.
Coherence Physics is not an isolated phrase, slogan, or label within Prisymphony. It is the scientific identity of the entire body of work when understood through Prisymphonic Physics™.
Before Prisymphony, coherence existed as a term, property, and phenomenon within established branches of physics and related sciences. Through Prisymphonic Physics™, coherence was organized into a defined scientific paradigm with founding equations, theorem structure, operators, staged architecture, measurable dynamics, and patent-linked applications.
Any attempt to separate “Coherence Physics” from Prisymphony while retaining Prisymphony’s equations, theorem logic, staged architecture, terminology structure, and applied mechanisms misrepresents the origin of the paradigm.
1. The Boundary
This document draws a single, clear line.
Prisymphony does not claim ownership over the generic word “coherence,” nor over the preexisting use of coherence as a property within optics, quantum mechanics, signal theory, wave physics, systems theory, or any other scientific discipline. These are public vocabulary.
The claim is narrower, stronger, and more precise: Prisymphonic Physics is the authored framework that transformed coherence from a known property into Coherence Physics—a unified cross-domain scientific architecture governed by defined mathematics, equations, theorem structure, operators, staged dynamics, falsification boundaries, and patent-linked applications.
This case is not about a word. It is about a framework, a paradigm, and a body of work.
2. What Prisymphony Claims
Prisymphony claims authorship, priority, and protectable interest in the specific selection, arrangement, formulation, expression, sequencing, mathematical architecture, terminology pairings, implementation logic, and application pathway that constitute Prisymphonic Physics™.
The protected elements include:
- The founding mathematical structure by which coherence is modeled, measured, scaled, corrected, and applied.
- The equation family involving coherence fields, phase alignment, harmonic alignment, φ-based scaling, correction functions, and system resonance values.
- The theorem structure identifying coherence as a governing law rather than a descriptive afterthought.

These are not random words. They are an organized technical framework.
3. What Prisymphony Does Not Claim
Prisymphony does not claim ownership over the word “coherence”; the general scientific fact that coherent systems exist; ordinary phase relationships in physics; public-domain principles of wave mechanics; generic mathematical notation used in standard physics; general discussions of harmony, resonance, alignment, or order; or metaphorical uses of coherence in philosophy, spirituality, psychology, or art.
These are broad concepts and vocabulary. Prisymphony’s claim concerns something more specific and more substantial.
4. When Use Becomes Significant
The infringement does not begin when someone uses the word “coherence.” The infringement becomes significant when another party reproduces, imitates, repackages, or commercializes the specific Prisymphonic architecture while presenting it as a general idea, metaphor, independent discovery, or newly coined “Coherence Physics.”

5. The Skeleton Test
Do not be distracted by the costume. Compare the skeleton.
An accused work may not copy every sentence verbatim. It may transpose the technical structure into metaphorical, theological, literary, fictional, or generalized language while retaining the underlying mathematical and conceptual skeleton.
This technique is structural transposition: taking a mathematical architecture—its equation relationships, variable logic, scaling parameters, domain progression, and staged dynamics—and re-expressing it through different terminology, different framing language, or different narrative context while preserving the functional relationships that make the architecture identifiable.
Structural transposition may include renaming variables while preserving their mathematical roles; reframing coherence dynamics as fictional, philosophical, or generalized “field theory” constructs; retaining prisymphonic governed scaling under alternative notation; reproducing the decoherence-to-coherence staged transition under substitute terminology; or applying the same cross-domain thesis across the same sequence of disciplines while claiming independent derivation.
A different paint job does not make it a different building. A different vocabulary does not make it a different architecture.
The relevant question is not whether the accused work used the exact same surface language. The relevant question is whether the accused work retained the underlying architecture, sequence, equation logic, variable relationships, domain progression, and functional structure of Prisymphonic Physics™.
The fact that an accused party dresses the framework in metaphor, fiction, theology, or generalized terminology does not eliminate exposure if the underlying expression, architecture, method, or implementation pathway remains substantially derived from Prisymphony’s work.
6. The Standard of Review
A reviewer should not ask only: “Is the word ‘coherence’ common?” That question is too shallow and does not address the claim.
The proper questions are:
- Did Prisymphony document a specific scientific architecture before the accused use?
- Does the accused work reproduce the architecture’s key mathematical, conceptual, and functional elements?
- Does the accused work use different language while retaining the same framework?
- Does the accused work present the framework as independent, general, or newly discovered?
- Does the accused use create confusion about origin, authorship, priority, or ownership?
- Does the accused use interfere with Prisymphony’s patent pathway, commercial positioning, reputation, or scientific recognition?
These questions move the analysis away from vocabulary and toward architecture. That is where the issue lives.

Coherence as a word is general.
Prisymphonic Physics™ as Coherence Physics is specific, structured, authored, mathematical, applied, and embodied across an entire body of work.
The framework is documented through dated authorship materials, technical writings, intellectual property filings, empirical validation studies, and business development records. It is identifiable by its mathematics, equations, theorem structure, staged architecture, coherence-field logic, phase-alignment dynamics, prisymphonic governed modeling, technical applications, and patent-linked implementation path.
That structure did not arise from an undefined public cloud of ideas. It arose from Prisymphony.
Coherence was a scientific property. Prisymphonic Physics made it a scientific paradigm.
Coherence was vocabulary. Prisymphonic Physics made it architecture.
Resonance was a term to describe responsive vibration. Prisymphonic Physics made it a measurable relationship, a tuning mechanism, and a system behavior.
